Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (noon) for Overnight or Two-Day delivery will ship the same business day (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Personalized or embroidered items require an additional 2–5 business days for processing.

During peak seasons or public holidays, processing times may be extended by 2–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed in the United States. Estimated delivery times vary by region and shipping method.

  • United States: 1–6 business days depending on selected service (USPS or FedEx).

  • Europe & United Kingdom: 7–15 business days depending on courier.

  • Middle East & Rest of the World: 7–11 business days.

Please note that these timeframes do not include order processing times.
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, holidays, or unforeseen events.

DHL Express: up to 15 business days.

Europe

DHL Express Air: up to 15 business days.
DPD Premium Standard: up to 10 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Saturday delivery is not available at this time.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Signature Required: Orders over $1,000 will require an adult signature upon delivery.

We will select the most suitable carrier and service based on your shipping address.
For Guam and other U.S. territories, please contact us before placing your order to confirm available shipping options.

Aramex: up to 11 business days.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All orders are shipped from the United States.
Duties and taxes for shipments outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the recipient.

At checkout, you may choose to prepay duties and taxes (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid):

  • Ensures timely delivery and avoids customs delays.

  • No additional fees upon delivery.

If duties are not prepaid, your package may be held by the courier until payment is made, or you may be invoiced upon delivery.

High-Value Orders

For international orders valued above USD 800, your local customs authority may contact you for additional details and/or identification (e.g., Social Security Number).
This verification ensures the order is for personal consumption and not for resale.
