Refund policy

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused, and free of damage

  • Include all original tags, labels, and protective packaging

  • Be returned with all accessories or components (gift sets must be returned in full)

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without an approved return request will not be processed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at ecommerce@homeofcashmere.com so we can review and resolve the issue.


Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items (including embroidery)

  • Final-sale items

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products

  • Gift cards


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at ecommerce@homeofcashmere.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will reply within 2 business days to confirm whether the return is eligible

  3. If approved, you will receive:

    • The return address

    • Return instructions

    • A prepaid return shipping label

  4. Please ship the item within 7 days after receiving the return label


Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns, we cover the return shipping cost.
You will not be charged for the return label.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the EU are eligible for a 14-day withdrawal period, during which you may cancel or return your order without providing a reason.
Items must remain in original condition and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you within 3 business days

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 14–28 days to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

  • Gift card payments will be refunded back to the gift card balance first

  • All refunds are issued in the original purchase currency; exchange rate differences may apply

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable


Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout

  • You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order

  • If the order has not shipped, we will issue a full refund

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to:

    • Change sizes or items

    • Merge orders

    • Edit billing or shipping information

    • Add or remove items
